Fees

Sessions are $250 and run 50 minutes, over telehealth.

Most people I work with come for somewhere between four and seven sessions. Some stay longer, some need less. This isn't designed to become a permanent fixture in your life we do the thinking, and when you have what you came for, you're done.

Before we begin, you'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs, so there are no surprises. If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours' notice is all I ask.

A few reduced-fee spots are available. If cost is the only thing in the way, just ask.

What to expect

We start with a conversation.

The free 20-minute consultation is you telling me what's actually going on, in whatever words you use for it. No forms asking you to rate your "AI usage," no intake interrogation. I mostly listen. By the end you'll know whether I'm the right person, and so will I. If I'm not, I'll say so — and point you somewhere better if I can.

Telehealth, from wherever you are.

Sessions run on a secure, confidential platform — no waiting room, no chance of running into anyone, nothing to explain to anybody. Same legal confidentiality as any therapy office, without the office.

Then we look at it together.

Not at "your AI problem" — at the whole picture: what these conversations give you, what they might be standing in for, what you'd change if anything. I'll be honest with you along the way. What you do with what we find is yours to decide.

About insurance

I don't bill insurance, and for this work that's a feature. Private pay means no diagnosis on file and nothing in your medical record. What we talk about stays between us, protected by the same confidentiality laws as any therapy office.

Telehealth only, for clients located in Washington State. Completely confidential.
